Software used: Universe and UIC Plugins with layers upon layers of multiple transparency usage within Paint Shop Pro 9.  Used: Vortex, Stars, Galaxy, Textured Stars, Interstellar Gas, Lens Flare, and  a lot of Gamma Adjustments and Hue changes. KPT Lens Flare with 12% Transparency applied.
